Wilmslow Town Council has installed contactless payment in the public toilets at the Carrs Park.
The 20p fee can be paid by debit or credit card, mobile phone, smartwatch, or using coins.
All funds received go directly towards the cleaning and maintenance of the toilets, which are located next to the kiosk operated by Café Azul in the Carrs car park.
Owned and operated by Wilmslow Town Council, the toilet and kiosk block was built in 2017 as the first major project of the Town Council. Since that time, it has proved to be a significant and well-used asset to the park.
Open in the summer months from 8am until 6pm, and in the winter from 8am until dusk, the facilities contain two unisex toilets both with baby changing facilities and one which is DDA compliant for easy use and access.
The toilets at the Carrs are cleaned and maintained under contract by Healthmatic Ltd Redman Road, Porte Marsh Ind Estate, Calne, Wiltshire. SN11 9PL.
Healthmatic pride themselves in operating and maintaining toilet facilities of a very high standard. Should you find the facilities falling short of your expectations, please contact Healthmatic on 01249 823143.
