Wilmslow Town Council's Planning Committee recommend refusal on the grounds of the gate delaying entry from the highway into the site at a busy junction. In addition, the proposed configuration of the fencing will restrict the ability to turn a vehicle within the site, leading to an inability to exit onto the highway in a forward direction.
